Whatever your interests are there is plenty to do at night in the Triangle. Just take a look at OT's Events Calendar (make a hot link here on "calendar of events"), to see all there is to do. A few highlights are: Raleigh Symphony, community theatre, Broadway Series South, Triangle Gay Bowling, fundraising events such as Drag Bingo and the annual Human Rights Campaign Carolinas dinner, Triangle gay and lesbian nightclubs, and dineOUT's.

Designed as new social outlet in the GLBT community, OUTTriangle organizes monthly dineOUT and get OUT events throughout the Triangle. dineOUT's and getOUT's are an opportunity to socialize over a meal, while bowling a few frames or while watching a movie together and as a positive by product increasing our visibility in the community. As Jessica Lamb, one of OT's co-founders has said, "It's important to create new social venues for our community beyond the traditional bar-scene. As a bonus, we are supporting everyday businesses that support us. Creating this win-win situation is good for everyone". You can find the schedule for dineOUT's and getOUT's on the OT Events Calendar.

Glenwood Ave. and the Warehouse District in Raleigh stay alive on the weekends with restaurants and coffee shops and bars. Within walking distance of each other are downtown Raleigh bars & clubs: Legends, Flex, Capital Corral (The CC), and The View. Legends, the oldest gay club in Raleigh, hosts first Friday Talent Contest. The L-Dance, held at The View, is the women's version of the t-dance. On Sunday evenings the L-Dance is a great place to hang out and listen to acoustic music. If you are into campy drag shows go to Flex for the weekly Trailer Park Trash Comedy Drag Show. Every Saturday night at The CC listen to cabaret style entertainment in the piano lounge or come to see a fabulous drag show.

With all urban revitalization happening in downtown Durham, new restaurants, shops and bars continue to open! The new American Tobacco Historic District is home to several new restaurants/bars with great atmosphere. Vision's, the Triangle's women-only membership club, is right outside of the downtown Durham loop with every Friday 80?s night (and it's smoke-free this night inside!).

If you are looking for culture and arts you might want to get tickets to the Raleigh Symphony Orchestra. You can go to theatre performances at Raleigh's Memorial Auditorium Broadway Series South or at one of the smaller community theatres, including Manbites Dog Theatre in Durham and The Raleigh Little Theatre. On the third Friday each month, Durham has Culture Crawl, a tour of downtown Durham art exhibits, shops and restaurants.
